Completed orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the deliverability of the purchased items by selecting an address and shipping method that is compatible. If you live in a remote area where certain shipping companies may not provide service, you may consider supplying a P.O. Box and picking up the package there, or shipping to a friend/family/work address where service is available. is not responsible for any fees associated with returned or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or other purchaser errors.

Many factors may affect delivery time. We do our best to process your order and ship packages as soon as possible. In case of out of stock inventory, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait for availability, request a return, or exchange for a comparable item that is in stock. We are not responsible for factors outside our control that might cause delayed shipping, such as the shipping method selected, delivery location, local weather, and 3rd party shipping issues. In those cases, please check your package's tracking information with the respective shipping company.
